I’m fantastic with children and can’t wait to visit schools and libraries all around the UK (and the world, virtually!). I love getting kids excited about reading, writing and nature! My workshops are high-energy, engaging, and interactive. My sessions always end with a Q&A.

I very quickly introduce story structure and story elements, and then we develop a fun story together.
Forest Diary
We go out into the woods or park and create our own Forest Diaries. We write and draw, just like Lumi!

Forest Diary
In my book, Lumi keeps a forest diary. She goes into the forest, where she collects treasures (conkers, acorns, leaves), which she then draws. She presses flowers and writes down what she sees, hears and experiences.

My book is aimed at 8–12 year olds, but I am happy to do school visits for pupils from kindergarten to college.

Absolutely! I’d be happy to visit schools that are further away or have less budget via video call.
